Additionally, Will has familiarity with the consumer-focused investment and financial services industry. Although a recent transplant to the Delaware beaches area, his familiarity and enthusiasm with the joys, benefits, and amenities of beach living began many years ago with frequent family vacations in this area. Will is a graduate of Philadelphia’s Drexel University and was a member of its varsity lacrosse team. His extracurricular interests include fishing, kayaking, and competitive tennis. Will’s greatest satisfaction is earned by matching sellers and buyers of real estate in the wide variety of real estate choices available in a beach community environment.

Finding a Buyer for an Ocean Pines property in 30 days, allowing the Seller to purchase a DE waterfront home. The Ocean Pines property had been previously listed for over one year with another brokerage.

Assisting an investment Buyer in obtaining a DE oceanfront property with a greater return on investment than the non-oceanfront property they initially sought, which while having a lower price point also had a substantially lower return.
